• Formal business planning (minimum 12 month periods) to support Financial Year budget plans.
• Developing KPIs and ensuring they are in place to measure and achieve progress.
• Working alongside key senior executives to assist them in delivering core components for their own strategic plans.
• Formulating ways in which senior executives can take ownership of their plans and use them regularly as useful business tools.
• Mentoring key executive staff so that they’re up-skilled enough to deliver core components of business and strategy plans.
